This Privacy Policy applies to the website Me2justice.com, including any mobile application or version of the site (collectively, the “Site”). Me2justice.com is a division of Scheppach Bauer PC (“SBPC”), a law firm.
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information collected through the Site, and how such information may be processed, utilized, or shared. By using the Site, you, the user, agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you cannot use, and must discontinue, any use of the Site.
Collection of Personal Information
Users may browse the portions of the Site that do not require entry of log-in credentials without registration, and without actively entering personally identifying information. However, certain information may be provided automatically by the user’s web browser or application when entering or utilizing the Site, including, as examples: IP addresses; other device identifiers; browser types; operating systems; access dates and times; and referring and exiting URLs.
Certain areas on the Site may ask users to provide personal information, including by completing forms or sending SBPC communications. SBPC will use the personal information supplied for the purpose for which it was provided, as well as other purposes for which the user gives consent. SBPC will utilize the personal information supplied to contact the user and communicate with them about their inquiries, and to run conflicts-of-interest queries to determine if lawyers at SBPC would have a potential conflict representing the user.
Do Not Track Requests
SBPC does not currently respond or otherwise take any action with regard to “Do Not Track” requests.
Transfers of Personal Information
SBPC is a law firm. SBCP may, from time to time, transfer personal information amongst its attorneys and independent contractors for the purposes of maintaining records of inquiries received, assigning inquiries received to appropriate staff, and discussing potential legal matters. SBPC may store personal information on servers in the United States.
Security Procedures
SBPC maintains technical and organizational security procedures in order to keep your personal information confidential, and protect users’ personal information against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. However, SBPC cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that users transmit to the Site.
